HausZwei Homes has another home coming soon in Decatur in Belvedere Park-Meadowbrook Acres at 3187 Bonway Drive, Decatur, Ga 30032.  The home next door 3197 Bonway Drive is under contract and due to close soon. This home will be even more fabulous. It will have not 1, how many, it will 2, yes I said 2, master suites. On opposite sides of the house. It will have a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. In 3187 Bonway it will have double doors from the dining room leading to a huge 12’x16′ deck with a view of the expansive back yard. All the modern stainless appliances seen to the left will be in this home.

HausZwei Homes has opened this the front of the home so it will be a beautiful open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout.  The recessed lighting will be LED lights and will most of the lighting throughout the home. We even changed the color of the roof to an environmentally friendly light gray. Our doors come in orange, blue and green.
