There were 12 homes sold on GaMLS in Meadowbrook Acres/Belvedere Gardens in 2017. The highest price home, 3187 Bonway Drive, was sold by Kevin Polite, Solid Source Realty, Inc.  for $239,000. East Lake home sales in the portion of  in Decatur 30032 in DeKalb had another superior of home appreciation according to a report compiled from Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GaMLS) by Kevin Polite, Solid Source Realty, Inc and exclusive agent for HausZwei Homes.  In 2017, Sold homes in East Lake 30032 (including Atlanta in DeKalb) averaged $209,152 . This was a 31.7% increase from 2016. Just as impressive was the median price of homes in East Lake. It went up by 36.8% to $202,450. The highest price home sold was $340,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $96,000. The lowest priced home sale saw an increase of 130.8%, meaning there are no more bargains left in East Lake. All data were home sales off of GaMLS and does not include off market properties sold by individual home owners or those purchased by wholesalers.  In addition, average days on the market decreased -40.8% from 49 days in 2016 to 29 days in 2017.
