Cascade Atlanta 30311 Home Sales Report November 2018
In November 2018 10 properties were sold in Atlanta Zip Code 30311 which includes Cascade, Cascade Heights, Adams Park, Venetian Hills, Peyton Hills, Centra Villa, Audubon Forest and many others. This number is down 54% from last year’s 22. There are few homes on the market to be sold. The Median Price did not climb this month as the market has started a general cool down and less homes are sold in the winter months.
The median price for November 2018 was $195,100 which is shows the volatility of the market as last month, October, it was $154,400 and November was 15% above last year at that this time at $169,495. This doesn’t mean it still isn’t a good market just that the market tends to slowdown in winter months. The average Days on Market decreased to 24 days from 37 days last year, a 35% decrease.
The highest priced home sold in 30311 in November 2018 was $385,000 and the lowest was $115,000. The lowest priced sold home in August 2017 was $55,500.
