What else can fit in the space off of N. Decatur Rd and Scott Blvd. Well Fuqua Development is stuffing in an Aldi to go along with the Whole Foods 365 that is coming and along with the Wal-Mart and Sprouts that are nearby. Do we have too many grocery stores in Decatur? Plans call for a Publix at Katie Kerr/N. Arcadia/E. Ponce intersection. Oh and can’t forget the DeKalb Farmers Market. Maybe that’s why are not building out the previously announced expansion.
